Door Keeper Property Maintenance offers shipping on select products. This policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and handled.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier, and external factors.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. All applicable fees will be displayed before purchase.
4. Service Area
We currently ship within the United States. Orders outside our normal service areas may incur additional fees or may not be fulfilled.
5. Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, when available.
6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, supply chain issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Door Keeper Property Maintenance is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly and notify us for assistance.
8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
10. Returns & Exchanges
Return eligibility and conditions are outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Not all items may be eligible for return.
