Door Keeper Property Maintenance is committed to providing reliable services and quality products. This policy outlines our terms for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Services (Non-Refundable After Completion)
All services are considered fulfilled once completed and are non-refundable.
If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review and, if appropriate, provide a correction or adjustment at our discretion.

2. Deposits
Deposits for scheduled services are non-refundable, as they reserve time and resources. In some cases, deposits may be applied to a rescheduled service if notice is provided in advance.

3. Product Returns (If Applicable)
We accept returns on eligible physical items within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • The item is in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our error)

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will review and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation.

8. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service or orders at our discretion.
