All quotes are estimates based on provided information. Final pricing may vary depending on property condition, size, accessibility, or additional work required.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Deposits may be required for larger jobs. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or additional fees.

4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to scheduled service. Late cancellations may be subject to a service charge.

5. Completed Work Policy
All completed services are considered fulfilled and non-refundable. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours to allow for resolution.

6. Property Access & Conditions
Customers must ensure safe and clear access to the service area. We are not responsible for delays or missed services due to restricted access, pets, or unsafe conditions.

7. Liability
Door Keeper Property Maintenance is not responsible for damage to:

• Unmarked sprinkler systems

• Hidden or buried objects

• Pre-existing damage or loose materials

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.

8. Weather & Delays
Services may be delayed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. We will reschedule as soon as possible.

9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its functionality. All content, including logos and branding, is the property of Door Keeper Property Maintenance and may not be used without permission.

10. Product Sales (if applicable)
All product sales are subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by our separate policies.
